Which sizes are available?

The product page lists the sizes actually available for that work. The size guide contains a worked example, not a product offer.

What does matte aluminium mean?

The exact construction depends on the product. Check the material description, surface and hanging system for the work. Read the material guide.

Is the room image to scale?

A calibrated scale image states its dimensions and reference. A general room mockup illustrates a setting and does not guarantee exact scale. Always check the dimensions in centimetres.

Can I order without an account?

The purchase flow is designed for guest orders. You receive a secure order-status link; treat that link as private.

When is my work reviewed for printing?

Every ordered artwork is checked manually before production. After the paid order arrives, Floris reviews the selected construction. The production order goes to the supplier only after manual approval; paid does not yet mean in production.

When will my work arrive?

The applicable production and delivery range and shipping costs are shown before payment. A shipping message includes genuine tracking when available.

What if there is damage?

Can I withdraw?

Read the shipping and returns policy and use the withdrawal function. The applicable conditions must be available before purchase.

Am I automatically subscribed to email?

An order is not a newsletter subscription. Marketing is configured only for valid consent, with a clear unsubscribe option.
