Ordering and payment

The product page states the artwork, dimensions, material information and price. Room images are illustrative; check the listed dimensions. Review and correct the selection, delivery address and total before selecting ‘Place order’, which places an order with an obligation to pay. You receive an order confirmation. Displayed consumer prices are the complete product amounts; delivery is shown separately before payment. Studio Oever handles tax administration externally with its bookkeeper. This does not alter the displayed total.

Stripe processes payment using the methods offered at checkout. A shop account is optional. Confirmed payment does not mean production acceptance: every artwork first receives manual print review. If we cannot supply the selected version, we contact you about a solution or refund; no artwork is substituted without your agreement.

Delivery and withdrawal

See Shipping and returns for delivery arrangements and return postage. Standard artworks and sizes carry the statutory withdrawal right. Send a clear declaration by email or use the withdrawal function and optional model form. Keep your confirmation. You may print or save these terms.

Statutory rights and complaints

The artwork must meet what you could reasonably expect. Report problems to business@oever.art with your order reference. For non-conformity we provide the statutory remedy without charge, including repair or replacement and, where required, a reduction or refund. You do not have to deal only with the printer. Statutory protection is not restricted to a shorter fixed warranty period. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights.
